FRANK M. SABO, MD

Dr. Sabo, a native of Detroit area, has practiced on the West Side of Cleveland since 1997. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine.  Dr. Sabo completed his residency at Michigan State University Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. After training, Dr. Sabo relocated to Lorain County to practice with his uncle and mentor Dr. Victor Nemeth MD in private practice. Dr. Sabo joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2005 and continued to practice in Lorain County.
Dr. Sabo held multiple leadership positions with the Cleveland Clinic including Medical Director at Chestnut Commons Family Health Center, Surgical Director of the Lorain and Avon ASCs and most recently the Chairman of Surgery at Avon Hospital.
Dr. Sabo is a General Orthopedic Surgeon. His surgical practice includes arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee, total joint replacements, fracture repair, and treatment of soft tissue injuries.
In his free time, Dr. Sabo enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golfing and travel.
